This is to inform you that the management team have decided to sign an agreement with all the VLEs who are working as Banking Corresponded under CSC E Governance services India Ltd. this activity is very important and need to be completed within one month.
The Process that will be followed for the Execution of the BCA agreement is as follows
- At the time of center visit, The VLE need to buy the Stam Paper by paying the Duty in advance and recover the amount from the VLE at the time when the VLE signs the agreement in presence of the District Manager (DM)
- The Stamp duty will be as per the norms laid by the State Government which the DM need to check.The stamp duty amount will be Rs. 100 would be paid an each agreement .
- The Blank fields which needs t be filled by the VLE at the time of signing are
· Name of the BCA.
· Father’s Name of the BCA.
· Age
· Address
· CSC ID
· PAN number
- The District Manager would give certificate that the agreement has been signed before him by the respective BCA (the draft of the certificate enclosed for reference)
- After signing of the agreement it needs to be physically submitted to the state head along with the following list of documents. All Documents are mandatory documents.
II I. Police Verification Report/Acknowledgement/ Request Receipt or to be provided within 30 days
IV . Photographs of BCA centre and along with the picture of Sign board
VI . Latest Education Proof- Minimum 12 standard / class or above
VII. VLE needs to provide a signed blank cheque without Date
